Reaaly this organisation is only seen as good for self seekers who diffuse into Bandaba batya, oba ondaba otya nzu’no.
If this organisation was good for all Ugandans in diaspora then economic issues should upfront be relayed to us all in diaspora so that we can witness more economic values for our sectors, households and skills. Why not help those with skills to harness similar values you get away from home. Many Ugandan with skills are just languishing without using or applying their skills to benefit the communities for obvious reasons which you know. Why is there no such an angle to attract Ugandan professionals to join work environments and you as guarantors, Ugandan professionals can register with you and you find them job placements here and there around the world not necessarily in the US. The leadership of this organisation should think loud about it. Or else you might be considered as good as having new ideas that are value added!
