MP Sebuliba blames poor academic performance on alcohol drinking

The Member of Parliament for Kawempe South (Kampala), Mudu Awulira Sebuliba has blamed poor academic performance in Uganda on increasing alcoholism and irresponsible parents.
Addressing journalists in Kawempe today, Sebuliba said some teachers instead of teaching students and pupils sleep in bars.
He also accuses parents of not doing enough to ensure good academic performance. The MP also cleared school fees dues of 100 students and pupils in Kawempe division.
