Makerere University Mature Age Entry Applications 2012/2013
The Academic Registrar, Makerere University would like to announce the Mature Age Entry Scheme Examinations for the Academic Year 2012/2013, due to be held Saturday 28th January 2012.To be eligible, candidates must be at least 25years old before 1st August 2012.
Applications for all intending candidates are available in Room 505, Senate Building and should be completed and submitted by Friday 23rd December 2011. See Downloads for details

If you have got one principal pass in A-level does it contribute in mature age entry scheme?
How else can i join if i fail the mature age exams aptitude test and pass paper ii special exams?

I am Mr. Bikansobera Patrick Amooti working with Kasese District Local Gov’t in the nursing department aged 33yrs and would like to do a Bachelors in Human Medicine and Surgery on a private sponsorship programme. I kindly request that you let me know when the entry exams are to be done and the application deadline for the next in take including the application requirements.

I would very much love to pursue a BA education with English Language and literature. Is it possible to be admitted on a private sponsorship if I sat and Passed the mature age entry exams? I’m very fluent in English but did not sit O’Level, though I’m 38 years now. Please respond to my query.
